This Privacy Policy explains how Clear Guard (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Clear Guard operational dashboard at secure.clearguard.ca (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google OAuth, we may receive your name, email address, and profile photo (as provided by your Google account).
- Operational data: assessments, notes, and related business records created by authorized users within the Service.
- Integration data: data synced from Jobber (e.g. clients, properties, quotes, invoices, and webhook delivery logs) to support operations.
- Technical data: logs and diagnostic information (e.g. timestamps, request identifiers, and error messages) for reliability and security.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and control access to the Service.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To sync and display operational data from integrated systems like Jobber.
- To monitor for abuse, troubleshoot issues, and secure the Service.
