Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Clear Guard operational dashboard (the “Service”) available at secure.clearguard.ca. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

• The Service is intended for authorized Clear Guard personnel and contractors.
• You must not share accounts or attempt to access data you are not permitted to view.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service (e.g. probing, scraping, denial-of-service attempts).
• Do not upload malicious content.

Data and integrations

The Service may sync and display data from third-party systems (such as Jobber). Clear Guard is not responsible for third-party outages or changes that impact integrations.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked at any time for security reasons, policy violations, or at the direction of Clear Guard administrators.
